Custom surface pattern design licensing for Best Bottom Diapers

Description: Terms and conditions and invoice for the non exclusive use of the Koi Pond Row Boat (dark Background) pattern to be used on Childrens clothing and Accessories. 

Processing fees: £1.80

Design: £40.00

Total Due: £41.80 (Pounds sterling) 

Terms and conditions: The rights and copyright remain with the illustrator. 

Erin Hopkins, Best Bottom Diapers, has non exclusive rights to use the pattern (provided by the illustrator) for 1 year starting today, 14/04/2026 and ending 14/04/2027. After this time the client is not able to use this image without further permission from the illustrator. 

The client is granted to use the design on Childrens clothing and Accessories only. Please contact the illustrator if the client is interested in using for other products. 

The Client may not alter or change the illustrations provided. 

The Client may not use the images to upload to any print on demand sights for the purpose of collecting royalties and may not share with other parties (other than trusted suppliers for the purpose of this contract) or claim the works as their own.
